We start with a marketing campaign that reached out to you. Great match. We've intrigued you. The registration form that you then fill out is just a formality so that we know something about you. Then you can immediately choose from the dates for contacting by phone. You choose the time and day according to you, we will adapt to you. Then we will take you on an adventurous journey where we will plan the next steps together.

Step 1: First call — we get to know each other...

During our call, we will introduce you in detail what awaits you and answer all your questions. The most important thing is that we make sure we sit down with each other and have the same ideas about working together. If that goes well, we will make a short locket — an audio recording of you that we will send to our project leaders.

Remember, this time is also all about you. Ask questions. Always and for anything that interests you. You do not go to buy a snack, you choose whether to go to a new collaboration!

Step 2: Project Leaders Listen

We have an elaborate system where we send each candidate after a telephone consultation to the so-called marketplace to our project managers.

They have the opportunity to listen to all the medallions and decide if they want you on their team for any of their projects. Every project is different and a different type of marketer fits each project. If the project leader chooses you, we have a common theme and we go back to you from the offers. BUT the final choice is entirely up to you — you can reject or change the project at any time, your choice is not binding. Flexibility is key for us.

Step 3: Simple onboarding

Once you have chosen a project and everything is approved, onboarding begins! We handle everything online — signing the contract, GDPR, access to the internal system. We are here for you throughout the process, whatever you need. We will set up accounts for you and invite you to our Slack, where you will have everything you need at your fingertips. For clarity of all projects, our web application serves you, where you can study everything in one place. At the same time, you work from the application as you plan the work.

Step 4: Welcome to Slack & Training

At Slack you will be welcomed by your project leader, who will provide you with all the necessary information about the project and arrange training with our amazing trainer. You will learn how to use our apps and how best to communicate with customers. At the same time, training can help you better navigate and correctly choose which project to start on. Don't worry, we'll be happy to answer all your questions — we're here to make you feel confident and start excelling in your new role.
