I have been used to working in the home office for a long time. Friends often ask me if I miss contact with people and social interaction. But the answer is unequivocal - quite the opposite! Thanks to Peakforce, I can stay in touch with people and feel part of a collective, all from the comfort of my own home.

Wondering what my workday looks like? I plan my shifts myself, so it really depends on me whether I work from the morning or until the afternoon. During the workday, work is similar to sitting in an office. We have trainings, quality evaluations and other meetings via Google meet and see each other on camera. We even have a joint group with other operators in the communicator, where we talk about non-work topics just as I used to from the kitchen in the office.

What I enjoy about Peakforce is that I can choose not only when I work, but mostly what I want to do. I can choose projects and therefore I only call those projects that I enjoy. This is a huge difference from a traditional call center, where I would have to sit in the office for 8 hours a day and even then shift and do work that I would be averse to.

At the end of the workday, I feel better than if I worked in an office because I was in an environment all day where I like it and I didn't have to spend time on my way to and from work. At the same time, I can prepare lunch at home between shifts or pick up the kids from kindergarten, and all with a clear head. I am happy with this lifestyle and would be happy to recommend it to others.
