1. Hooray, you found us!
At Peakforce we are constantly looking for handy people who want to work professionally and not have a boss. All you need to do is fill out the form on the website peakforce.io/operator or respond to one of our campaigns directly on facebook or instagram. We will then automatically include you in the next steps and start planning cooperation together.
2. E-mail communication
Our adventure together starts with an email! We will send you a report full of information about how our company works and how the operator's work is going. If this email reaches you and you are interested in cooperation with each other, you will find a link in the message where you can choose a date for our first interview.
3. The first talk
During the call, we will explain everything to you in detail and answer any questions you may have. The most important thing is to know if your and our ideas about cooperation coincide. If so, we will record your locket at the end of the call - a small audio call that we will then send to our project leaders.
4. Project leaders in action
Now it's time for our project leaders. They will listen to your locket and decide if they want you on their team. We will then present their offers to you. Remember that the choice of project is entirely up to you. You can reject or change the project at any time, so your initial selection is not binding.
5. Simple oboarding process
Once you have chosen a project and everything is approved, onboarding begins. All necessary documents, including the signing of the contract and GDPR, will be processed online. We are here for you throughout the process and will be happy to help you with any problem. We will create all the necessary accounts for you and provide access to our internal communication channel on Slack. Together we can do it!
6. Welcome to Slack and training begins
Na Your project leader will welcome you to Slack. You will learn from him all the necessary information for the selected project and arrange a training session with our great trainer, who will show you how to use our application correctly and communicate with customers. If you are unsure about something, you can contact your project leader or coach at any time so that we can look forward to seeing you shine in your new role.
